Desert Flower Entertainment is a Las Vegas-based boutique entertainment company specializing in musical act booking, event production, talent management, and curated event planning. Founder Brittany Rose has worked on high-level productions as a talent logistics contractor for the GRAMMYs and American Country Music Awards, bringing top-tier professionalism and experience to every event Desert Flower touches. We are a full-service creative agency that works with top-tier venues, private clients, and touring artists to produce unforgettable, high-quality experiences.
We book national touring talent through direct relationships with agents and management teams, while also representing a select roster of exceptional Las Vegas-based artists across genres. Our approach to talent is deeply personal—offering artist development, creative direction, and career support through our in-house management wing.
On the production side, we don’t just plug in and play—we build the experience. From custom stage builds to LED walls, lighting rigs, sound systems, backline, and live musicians, our team oversees the full technical execution of each event with care and precision.
